The coffee freeze-dryer uses freeze-drying technology to freeze coffee liquid into a solid state, and under vacuum conditions, the solid ice sublimes directly into gas to remove water, resulting in a coffee freeze-dried powder with extremely low moisture content and excellent instant solubility. Large-scale coffee freeze-drying equipment produced by FZG has been installed in Vietnam for coffee freeze-drying processing and production. After the user's coffee freeze-drying production line went into operation, it was able to produce approximately 60 tons of high-quality coffee freeze-dried powder.
Coffee freeze-drying technology can preserve the original color, aroma, flavor, and nutritional components of coffee almost unchanged, simplifying the complicated process of grinding and brewing fresh coffee. Freeze-dried coffee powder allows consumers to enjoy high-quality coffee flavors instantly upon mixing with water. Upgrades its product offerings by adding a coffee powder freeze-drying production line to better serve consumers. Through communication, the user chose to adopt two 50-square-meter coffee freeze-drying machines, each with a processing capacity of 1000KG per batch for their coffee freeze-drying production line.
The coffee freeze-drying production line consists of a coffee bean roasting system, coffee bean grinding system, coffee cold-extraction system, coffee concentration system, coffee filling system, coffee freeze-dryer system, coffee grinding system, and coffee packaging system. High-quality coffee undergoes processes such as roasting, cold extraction, and freeze-drying to retain its original color, aroma, and flavor in the form of freeze-dried coffee powder.
The large FZG coffee freeze-dryer is made of 304 stainless steel. An AGV cart is used for material freezing, drying, transportation, and transfer. The FZG coffee freeze dryer has functions such as setting freeze-drying programs, modifying program data, recording and storing freeze-drying data, querying freeze-drying curve records, remote operation, and monitoring. It is an intelligent industrial freeze-dryer that can be started with one button and runs automatically.
